Rachael McCrary is the co-founder and President of InfraWear and is a Lingerie Expert with 18 years of experience in the fashion industry. With 20 years of industry experience, she created the first post-surgical compression bra designed by a lingerie expert and a plastic surgeon. She is passionate about inventing medical garments that expedite and optimize the healing process. She was the founder of Jewel Toned, the first shapewear for Millennials. Throughout her career, she has worked overseeing product development for major brands and the largest retailers in the world.
As a funded founder she was famously the first single female founder to raise $1 Million in 2015. Rachael appeared on the TV show Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch and won 15 other pitch competitions and was named one of LA’s 100 Worthy Women. She is known for being both right and left-brained, is passionate about innovation, and bringing ideas to life. Rachael studied Fashion Design at FIDM in San Francisco and FIT in New York City. She’s interested in personal and socio-economic transformation through building brands. Most of her career has included conducting business in Hong Kong and Rachael is known for having logistical superpowers when it comes to moving products around the globe.
Stephen Silver is the co-founder and CEO of InfraWear. Since graduating from Babson College in 2007, he has pursued his passion for entrepreneurship. In 2012 Stephen sold his first startup and was named Southern California’s Top 40 Under 40. Over the past 15 years, Stephen has started and scaled multiple startups with expertise in online marketing, branding, and scaling. In an effort to give back to the entrepreneur community, Stephen hosts VC and Angel Investors conferences across the nation, geared toward educating and connecting startups to investors.
Stephen currently runs daily operations at InfraWear and also manages ARC Angel Fund, a member-based seed-stage fund out of New York City.
Joe Rubin is on the Board of Directors of InfraWear. He is also a Director of FundingPost.com. FundingPost has been introducing entrepreneurs to investors nationwide for 19 years through its VC & Angel Investor Conferences across the US. Joe has also invested in over a dozen seed deals over the past several years, such as Sticky, Inc. Before FundingPost, Joe raised $2.5M for his dot.com start-up producing a family-friendly network & 100+ flash-based video games that were playable online and sold in stores like Comp USA. Joe was also the Webmaster at Knight Securities (NASD: NITE), where he helped to design its online trading platform & website. Previously, Joe worked in television and graphic design for companies such as NBC and MTV, doing 3D animation professionally starting at 15, and graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s in Communications. He now lives in CT with his wife and 2 children.

He is the Founder and CEO of GenesPrint Group Limited, a company with its focus on genetic diagnostic services and COVID-19 mass screening devices. His experience includes being Principal Commercial Secretary to the Consul General of Fiji in Hong Kong. He was the Inventor of a Swab for Specimen Collections, as well as Hon. Vice-Chairman of Timor Leste Overseas Economic and Trade Association. Dr. Tam was Commissioner (Luoding) of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and also the Founder of The Abiding Educational Charity.
His many publications include Community Ambulatory Venous Surgical Centers Setup in Hong Kong (2014); Integrated Science Ling Kee Publishing Company (2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012); and Cost Estimating Issues for Laboratory Design, System Control, and Process Implementation (1999).
Dr. John CC Wong received his MBBS degree, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, from the Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong. His experience includes the Department of Surgery, Tuen Mun Hospital/Pok Oi Hospital, as well as the Hospital Authority. He is also a proud participant of Medecins Sans Frontieres, Hong Kong Office.
Dr. Sherman KW Fung, DPhil. (Oxford), FRSM, FRSC, CChem, CSci., has worked at the Institute of Chinese Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and also at SGS Hong Kong Ltd. Hong Kong, Qing Dao.
He studied and received his DPhil. from Oxford Centre for Molecular Sciences, University of Oxford, UK, and his BSc. with First Class Honors, Department of Chemistry, from Imperial College London, UK.
Among his professional associations, he lists Fellow (Overseas), Royal Society of Medicine, RSM, and Fellow, Royal Society of Chemistry, RSC, both in the UK. He is also a Chartered Chemist, Royal Society of Chemistry, RSC. UK. Dr. Fung is also a Professional Member of the Japanese Society for Investigative Dermatology. He is also a Senior Member of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.
Included among his many community and industrial commitments is the Biotech Vetting Committee, HK Gov. Innovation and Technology Commission. He is a Consultant, Guidelines for Research on Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Hospital Authority.
Dr. Fung is also an Advisory Committee Member to the Chinese Academy of Sciences of Xiamen. And he is an Observer for WHO Consultation on Methodologies for Research and Evaluation of Traditional Medicine. He is active on the Thought Leader Panel (Biotechnology) Medical Product & Measurement Groups, Hewlett Packard, USA. Finally, Dr. Fung has been a guest professor at Xiamen University in China.
